Stay healthy without leaving your desk

Play your way to a healthier, sharper, happier workday.

Get Bouncy is a focus timer for Mac and Windows that turns your work breaks into quick arcade games. Your webcam is the controller. Your body is the joystick.

Be first in line when Get Bouncy launches. No spam, ever.

You sit down at 9. You look up and it’s 2pm.

Your back is stiff. Your neck aches. That afternoon crash is already hitting. You told yourself you’d stretch. The day got busy.

Break reminders? You dismiss them. Stretch videos? Boring. Standing desk? You’re still not moving.

The problem isn’t knowing you should move. It’s that nothing makes you actually want to.

Per round. Per game. Reset every Monday.

Every game has its own leaderboard. Every round you play earns a score. Every Monday it all resets, so the board belongs to whoever’s playing this week.

Spin up a room with your friends or your team. Play whenever, you don’t have to be online at the same time. Finish a round and the ranks shift.

Live leaderboard

Challenge a friend.

Spin up a room, invite players, compete for the high score. Nothing pulls you out of your chair faster than a leaderboard with your name two spots too low.

3 games on day one.

More on the way.

Get Bouncy fits your day.

Before a video call, pitch, interview, or any high-stakes meeting.

Athletes warm up. Comedians warm up crowds. Public speakers pace backstage. Nobody who takes performance seriously walks in cold. A round of Get Bouncy spikes your heart rate, drops the cortisol you've been carrying since 9am, and triggers the endorphin hit that makes you walk in like the version of you that nails it.

Between deep work sessions.

Reset your body and your focus without losing the thread.

When your back starts talking.

Don't wait until 5pm. Move now. Feel it immediately.

As a team.

Kick off your next standup with a round. Watch what 60 seconds of competition does to the energy in the room — your team's leaderboard runs all week.

A single round elevates your heart rate, releases endorphins, and resets your focus for the next work block. That’s not wellness vocabulary. It’s what a minute of real movement does to your body.

Common concerns.

Won't it interrupt my focus?

Get Bouncy is silent during work. Zero UI. Zero popups. You only see it when you decide it's break time.

Will I actually stick with it?

Stretch reminders bore you. Standing desks don't make you move. This is different because it's a game. You come back because you want to beat your score, not because the app guilted you into it.

Brice, founder of Get Bouncy

From the founder

Why I built Get Bouncy.

A few years ago my doctor told me I needed to move more. Not for a six-pack — for my long-term health.

I sit at a desk for a living. I’d tried the standing desk, the break reminders, the stretch videos. None of them stuck. The problem wasn’t that I didn’t know I should move. It was that nothing made me actually want to.

So I built the thing I needed. A timer that knows when to interrupt me. A game that makes me move without thinking about it. A break I actually look forward to.

If you’re reading this, you probably know the feeling. I hope this helps.
